What To Put In

Base

  • 1 1/2 Cups Kale, roughly chopped.
  • Rocket/Arugula
  • 1/4 Cup Roughly Chopped Coriander/Cilantro (Preference dependent)
  • 1/4 Cup Roughly Chopped Mint (Preference dependent)
  • 1 Large Shredded Carrot
  • 3/4 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Cucumber, sliced to preference

Toppings

  • 1/3 Cup Roasted Coconut Flakes
  • 1/3 Cup Roasted Nut of Choice (I use cashews)
  • 1/2 a Sliced Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Dressing (Spicy Lime Vinaigrette):

  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Sweetener of your choice (Xylitol, Sugar)
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce

How To Put It In

It's quite a simple one.

  1. Chop/prepare all the base ingredients.
  2. Put them in a bowl.
  3. Prepare all the toppings,
  4. Mix the dressing in a blender (or by hand).
  5. Put the toppings on the base, finish with the dressing.
